On the plus side the memory bandwidth on the 5060 is 448gb/s vs 288gb/s on the 4060ti. (You know, barring surprises. Yeah, who knows what surprises it'll have.)

At least from Videocardz it's both the 5060 and 5060ti. We'll see if that's true. As for project Zeus, is it going to be another Bitboys OY? (Wow, I am old school.)

It's probably like the 4060 and 4060 Ti. So $499 for the Ti 16 GB, $399 for the 8 GB and $299 for the 5060 (assuming it's still GB207)

The 5060 Ti 16 GB is yes a very bad deal but that is intentional because they don't actually want to sell it. It's only there to quell the 8 GB haters.
