Information about the charts​

The game charts contain the most frequently sold games for PCs and games consoles in Germany each month, both on physical media and as downloads, across all platforms. The data is collected using Games Sales Data (GSD), a platform created by VGE (Video Games Europe) to measure physical and digital sales of video games. In Germany, in addition to sales from retailers, publishers also submit sales from digital sales platforms such as the Nintendo eShop, PSN, the Xbox Store, and Steam to GSD. Digital sales of Nintendo titles from the Nintendo eShop are not included.​
