Fucked up reading everyone asking what will happen to their precious batman movies hours after the guy dies.

Jesus.... I was watching Celebrity Rehab couple of nights ago and thinking how brutally some these people are effected and wondering if it'd deter anyone. Drugs are so prevalent in the entertainment industry (like an amplified view into society's habit).

At 3:31 p.m., a masseuse arrived at Apartment 5A in the building for an appointment with Mr. Ledger, the police said. The masseuse was let in to the home by a housekeeper, who then knocked on the door of Mr. Ledger’s bedroom. When no one answered, the housekeeper and the masseuse opened the bedroom and found Mr. Ledger unconscious. They shook him, but he did not respond. They immediately called the authorities. The police said they did not suspect foul play and said they found pills near body.

In one aspect your right. In another, he's a guy I don't know other than watching his movies and enjoying them. I don't see what's wrong in mourning the guy and asking if he got to finish what could have been one of his best films yet.

Not to be a dick, but none of us know him except as a movie star. Like it or not, that's the basis of 99.9% of people's relationship with him. Obviously this is a personal tragedy to a few individuals, but about 10,000 other people died today too.

Drug Overdose? For a man of his success and stature, he could have sought help easily, instead he just threw away his life. My sympathy just flew out the window.

Pity about his family and friends (and fans). He really let them all down.
