I don't think it's "going down", but I do believe that MS has decided not to bother trying to compete with PlayStation and Switch.

I dont think its going down overnight.
I think this will be a gradual thing- starting with a few first party games to further degrade the Xbox brand.

At some point they will stop making consoles- thats the end goal in my eyes.
The Microsoft fluff machine this week will likely tell us just "some" 1ST party games and continued console support. Gotta ease the fanbase into it.
