Stop being a dolt on purpose. Noone is saying anything about "a gay scene". Noone knows why the game was banned where it was. All we have is the info from the report and the devs themselves are being dishonest pricks about it instead of answering a simple yes or no question.

Its making them look worse the longer this drags on instead of just being honest and letting the gamers decide how they feel with their wallets.

I will disagree with that. They are extremely useful for smaller games where there is not much discussion otherwise, there not many if any walkthroughs and PC gaming wiki won’t have any fixes listed.

Some have acceptable quality threads with relation to bugs and the guides can be super useful too, but thats like finding a gem in an ocean of trash since steam has introduced the points shop. The more popular the game the worse it is.

Forums have sucked before, but now its worse than ever, theres a lot of obvious clown emoji farming posts since it gives points and off-topic stuff that has no real connection to the games. Even many of the guides are just useless memes like the ones that just say "how to turn on the screen" and theres no way to tag or filter the spam.

The point is that as far as we know the game hasn't even been banned.

I still don't understand the perspective of "spoiler". Say that's what it is - an optional gay romance option for Henry. That's not really a spoiler and I doubt most people playing are going to be excited to "discover" that. If it is, somehow, plot sensitive in relation to who it involves -well, there's no need to go into detail. Just refute the allegation ("unskippable gay scene") and that's really all that's necessary, but maybe he likes the firestorm and relates it to the similar coverage from the last game. I really don't know. I went from Day 0 purchase to "see what's going on", because as far as I'm concerned, KCD is one of the best games made in the last 10 or more years. I just think the silence, heavy handed and coded CoC post, and then the obtuse response is not a great sign. It looks an awful lot like many other things this past decade that were not desirable.
