He moved all the way to the same building he already was on apparently, might've just changed floors apparently (given that all pictures he posts are still in the same building).

Why wouldn't they just hook up all the things they had been using in the old office so when they are ready to use it, it is there for them. I mean, I am not saying they aren't working on a PS5 game but using that as a hint is silly.

Kojima had PT ready before MGS5 even shipped.
A year after MGS5 he had the Death Stranding reveal trailer ready.
It’s almost been like 2.5 years since Death Stranding shipped. Still no reveal of what’s next.
Sure, he’s done DS DC and PC ports, but I think he has had something to show by now.
Makes me wonder who his current publisher is. Sony nowadays tends to keep their devs pretty quiet.

Depends I think.
It could be possible if either one of the games might still be in pre-production phase and the other in full production.
Pre-production is much lighter, outlining and brain storming story elements, gameplay, mechanics and then possibly breaking ground on the graphics engine.

It's kind of funny that some people are calling Grubb full of shit when pretty much every PS rumour/PS insider turns out to be wrong and everything Grubb says (especially about Xbox) turns out to be right. There really are going to be meltdowns when the Xbox Kojima game is announced huh?

The next game is likely ps5 exclusive because the last game was. Some rumors suggest its xbox exclusive (was once google stadia exclusive), and goof ups suggest death stranding 2.
Kojima uses a ton of sony tech and always has, even when he made multiplatform games. Hes constantly tweeting his Walkman. It doesnt mean the game he is currently working on is or isnt a sony exclusive project.
My guess would be multiplatform horror game, with xbox marketing (potentially episodic and on game pass). With them just starting work on DS2, for ps5 and pc.
