After Wukong I am very interested in any action game from there. This game was like announced almost 10 years ago, started by one guy who probably didn't like FFXV's combat or something. Might be good.

If you'd have told me that this game would ACTUALLY release 5 years ago, I'd have laughed at you then. Can't believe it's actually coming out.

A lot of it looks dated at this point, but I'll give it a shot when it releases. The guy had some really cool ideas at the time.

I'm keeping my eye on this one. Wish you could share Ps5 wishlist with a link, I would love to see what everyone has on there at this point. Lots of cool upcoming games on my list that would easily fall below my radar.

Some of the animations are janky.

Not sure why the world still looks like a tech demo (extremely barren and empty).

Feels like this game is going to be a tedious slog of run through empty area > encounter one enemy > fight enemy > defeat enemy > run there next empty areas > encounter next single enemy etc…

At least that’s what the trailers seem to show.

Game seems to lack real gameplay variety which makes me worried.

Billbil-kun just said that there will be a physical release for the game in Europe. Not sure about NA, but probably there will be one there too.

A physical release is planned in Europe

Indeed, a physical edition of the Standard version of the game Lost Soul Aside would be planned for Europe . Distribution should be ensured by Sony Interactive Entertainment Europe .

This physical edition should be available for pre-order from February 19, 2025 , just like the digital edition. Its price also remains the same , namely 69.99 euros . It would be available at all the usual video game retailers.

As for the physical release of the game in other regions of the world, it remains uncertain. The same goes for the availability of pre-order bonuses in the physical version, which remains undetermined.

Why does it look so sterile, amateurish and stiff? Super weird visuals and animations. Is it a very low-budget title from an indie developer or something?

It is exactly a low-budget game made by very few people (just one guy in the beginning). I don't understand why people act as if this is some kind of AAA or even AA. It's neither.

It may be an ok game, but expectations should be tamed.
