zaeed can also be the leader of the 'fire team'.
edit: or not!

If Bioware is smart about it, they won't make ME3 a multiplayer game - or at least if they do, make it done by separate teams so that the same team who worked on ME1 and ME2 can continue their work on ME3 without feeling the pressure from a multiplayer game.natkingcoleslaw said:Just finished the game playing as "the good shepard"
I realize its gonna be two painful years before part 3 comes out.
But let me ask you guys this: is anyone worried about ME3 when it comes out?
I mean the gameplay in ME2 is so awesome it would most definitely make a good multiplayer game if you remove the pause mechanic. But also multiplayer development always ruins the single player campaign. just look at call of duty.
opinions?
Note: this i guess should have been in a different thread, or maybe it already is. but i dont have he preveliges so...

I did his loyalty quest, but he's not loyal. The guy he was after runs out, is this how it plays out?

Took my sentinel a lot of smooth playing to run the scenario.
Of course I never used any medigel because i did not want to waste them, so that may have had something to do with it.
MegaKungFuRadio said:I only cared about getting past the Husk swarm and two Scions, so I used the only two gel I had there I also waited until both squadmates died to use the second one. Everything after that was a breeze. One of my squad died during the Praetorian, but I got a free revive for some reason. I guess when it's putting up its barrier and is invincible, it counted as non combat. Spared me one of the two medi-gel I got after the Scions.

What are the repercussions of not having him loyal/how do I get him back. He was the first one I did ... should have waited then.Cep said:No, you are supposed to Paragon or Renegade your way through the convo, otherwise he will not be loyal

Damn it, when DLC fails :/ Would uninstalling it remove him from my party?Patryn said:To regain loyalty you need to get 100% either way (Paragon or Renegade) and talk to them.
EDIT: Oh, Zaeed? Yeah, you're fucked, because he doesn't do the normal dialogue stuff, I don't think. Anyone else you'd be able to regain trust.

I met the Asari i saved from the Torian, had to do a quest for her, she said something in the lines of: "You are brave, you saved the colonist even when they were shooting you"
Yeah.., i didn't though, i shot them all, i just let you live cause you were hot :lol
I guess because you went the paragon route with her, they assumed you let all the colonist live.
Naeblish said:Can you only get one new power with advanced training? I did 3 loyalty missions, i choose warp ammo and slam, but only slam shows up in my squad menu. How exactly does that work?
Ok thnx, must have totally read over that part.KuwabaraTheMan said:Yeah, only one new power. The text for it says that anytime you choose it again it replaces the previous one chosen.
So it's not possible to make some Elite Shepard with everyone's loyalty powers.
Stick with Sentinel or Infiltrator outside of Soldier or Adept.WuselDusel said:I am having problems with my Vanguard here. I find the charge ability not very usefull because either you charge into a group of enemys, or you can not use it at all because the enemys are on another level.

1. Go to www.drpepper.com/promotions
2. Copy in a code (CBEEAAA41NWH)
3. Create account when prompted.
4. Now there should be a page telling you that you've unlocked an EA item, click the little button underneath the paragraph of text. I forget what the button says, something like EA prize.
5. Now you should be redirected to an EA login screen.
6. Log in with details of EA account. I am assuming at this point you have already made an EA account and have already linked Mass Effect 2 to that account.
7. Now click the item you want and click the finalise button.
8. Go back to www.drpepper.com/promotions and sign out <<< important.
9. Repeat above making sure you create a new account each time.

SlickVic said:That's strange. I've been playing Paragon mostly (only got 1 bar full of Renegade) and I'm about 80% max. Did you import a ME1 save? I think you get a boost starting ME2 depending what allegiance you were in the first game.
It helps if you've got an ME1 save to import that gives you 190 in both Paragon and Renegade. Once you skim those points off, the game is actually pretty stingy with the points, at least compared to the first game.Quagm1r3 said:How are you guys getting full/really high paragon/renegade scores? On the fifth reload or so, I say fuck it, run down, cloak up when I'm about to die and run through the door to trigger the scene. Zero fighting. EDI should really say something when you're facing infinite respawns.the room before you find Tali's father. I wanted to see what is was like if I brought Legion, but I hate the powers both Legion and Tali have plus I specced them both terribly. Both full attack drone when I probably should have gone full AI hack for both.
firehawk12 said:Blame the game for taking on Shitty Game Design from the 1990s (tm).
A lot of the game is basically running to the next door or alternatively, triggering the boss fight. It makes insanity that much harder for no good reason.
Oh yeah, for people who care and have iPhones, that first issue of the Mass Effect 2 prequel comic is on the iTunes store for free for today only. It appears that the arc of the series is based on Liara's immediate actions before the game begins... and probably lets them do a ME comic without ever referencing an official Shepard.
When did you do that mission?suzu said:- Zaeed's loyalty mission:you can paragon his loyalty. You don't need a ton. I only had about 1 and a half bar filled. I chose the neutral option when he was under the rubble... then got the blue paragon option.
