I don't know why you'd be essentially vetting for a guy who has skipped around going with any sort of vetting process, but that's just me.
A very conveniently timed vetting, btw. IDK, I'm starting to question the vetting process around here honestly. Hell I could make a fake account and pose as an insider and probably get traction that way if desired. Anyone could, honestly.

Tommy did start the vetting process, he just didn't get through. Or rather, was not able to provide the information required, but did provide enough to not get banned.
But yes, like you've suggested, treat everything as fiction for now.

So where are any verifiable testing benchmarks with the GPU specs in particular Tommy has mentioned? And why are insiders who can't provide documentation (even under alt accounts) with testing benchmarks and hard data on related technical specifications, being trusted over actual hard data that's been pretty consistent and rather well-detailed for the past few months?
I must be in bizarro world where using tangible and somewhat-substantiated data is eschewed in favor for ear-pleasing rumors :S
IMO the guy ruined his credibility with me when he was taking info from that months-old rumor spec sheet and trying to pass it off as insider information, when said sheet was publicly available for months prior to that.
Can at least give the other insiders credit for not pulling that type of stunt. Why GAF would want to associate with someone doing that is beyond me tho.

The ppl tht have said ps5 was stronger Osiris, shreir, Reiner, etc said tht without any ifs but hey I believe it can go either way. As long as thy are close thtll be great for both camps.

Not just those, but also the testing info people like Komachi have provided through on Twitter, and other testing benchmarks from a Taiwanese forum IIRC.
All hard data, all with obvious roots to next-gen systems, and in the case of Ariel and Oberon, very persistent and consistent testing. The fact one given Github leak referencing them was deleted insanely quickly just gives more credence to them imho.
I'm still waiting for any (literally, any) GPU testing benchmark leak for a PS5-related chip providing the performance targets some of these insiders keep claiming. If there's nothing for me to grasp on in terms of verified testing data, then at most the rumors can only entertain me in a fictional/hypothetical sense.

So idk I'm not here writing every leak down
But please post up all the Schreier leaks and Matt comments I want to sincerely be refreshed. Mostly all insiders had ps5×ahead thts for sure.

Actually 52CUs is not possible with RDNA.
52CUs means 26WGP... 26 can’t be divided by 4SA (min), 6SA, 8SA, etc.
The only possibility is if we have 2 SA and that means each SE has one SA making it similar to GCN.
I don’t believe AMD will do that with RDNA... it is at minimum 2SA per SE.
So 52CUs in RDNA is impossible.

What basis was Matt even going by to reach the conclusion that Github leak wasn't right? I'd like to know; it's easy enough to throw it out on a whim, but we've seen so many other GPU testing with those chips basically lining up with similar performance targets.
...and they're the only ones in relation to PS5 that have actually leaked which have hard data tied to them.

Very plausible; Kojima has a strong working relationship with Sony. Probably also feels indebted to them since they gave him a chance after the Konami fallout.
Plus he can have easy access to all dem sweet Sony Pictures actors/actresses/directors etc. and be that much closer to making his dream film
