Nintendo Switch 2 pricing possibly leaked by Costco employee — here's how much it could cost (CAD$499.99)

“A new leak from Famiboards might have revealed the console's price, though it comes from a relatively sketchy source. A Costco employee in Canada posted a placeholder price card that shows the console priced at CAD$499.99.

Before you panic about a $500 price tag, remember that's Canadian Dollars. After converting to USD, that number drops dramatically to $348.58.”

It's also entirely possible that the alleged Costco employee faked this price card to confuse everyone.

Honestly, $350 feels like the right price point. 400 becomes a pretty significant expense, but that 50 lower price point makes it a whole lot more approachable.

It would imply the MK9 bundle is the other leaked $400 SKU rather than the base model, but somewhat hard to believe. Inflation, tariffs, does not have AMD. I'll be pleasantly shocked if this thing is 350.

At $350, it will be very difficult to get one at launch.
Well, Furukawa said that Nintendo will ensure steps to have enough units available. If that just means a whole lot more units ready by launch or some retarded lottery scheme like Sony did for PS5 remains to be seen.

If the changing price is 350, there's a minimum chance that will be US$400 because of reasons

I think they will stick with 350 thou, and the games will be 70

Clearly they should price the Switch 2 below the price of the OLED Switch 1, so they can confuse the hell out of the casuals and they won't know which system is better.
