As for Game Pass day one, are you not paying attention to what's going on? Releasing these expensive-to-make games on Game Pass day one is a major part of the problem. It's conditioned Xbox fans to not buy games. It's devalued the worth of big triple-A release on the Xbox platform. Unless Game Pass magically has massive growth (unlikely since hardware has hit a wall and Game Pass on PC isn't gaining much traction), the current design of Game Pass is unsustainable. Either Day One releases have to go away or they have to significantly increase the cost of Game Pass -- or, possibly, both.
