Really seems like glorified (bad) DLC.
/s right? lmaoEarly 2022 GotY frontrunner.
I tried it, and it plays decently. Its not much of a looker though.
Played on Series X and it’s definitely lacking.I think it looks decent on PC with the HD textures. Haven't tried the Xbox version yet.

Rainbow Six Extraction isn’t bad. In theory, it’s exactly what you would hope for. In a game billed as a spin-off of Rainbow Six Siege but which acts as more of an expanded version of what was already an expansion, it gives you a bit more of some proven mechanics and throws in a few new ideas while it’s at it.
At a lower-than-normal price point, it’s a game that will be worth it to fans who purely want more Siege gameplay or are invested in the lore. But with new ideas comes a lot of risk, and Extraction fails to line up its good ideas with its actual gameplay.
For what ? the video game equivalent of the Razzies?
For fuchsakes, could they have just made a pve tactical military shooter? You know....what people have asked for?
Nah, the game's good.
Lol. OkayZombies provides the developers more creative freedom to design more interesting (mechanically) enemies.
Played it yesterday with 2 buddies, the game is a lot better than the review said. It's little bit repetitive and I'm not a big fan of forcing us to change operative between missions but there is some potential.
I get the point, but it's hard to get better when you have to switch tactics every time because you don't have the same weapon and the same ability.I actually thought that concept was interesting. I'd love to see more games punish failure more harshly than "Go back to checkpoint and try again."
I've only played for ~90 minutes but it's better than I expected. It's done enough for me to want to see more.

It's time to enter the containment zone. REACT is humankind's last hope against the Archaeans. Together, you and your squad fight for our future.
Im waiting for the same thing myself. I also had some hope for the swat license after ms bought activision since i thought sierra online owned that.I downloaded this via game pass but have no desire to even boot it up. It looks bad even though it has reviewed way better than I thought it would.
Make a fucking normal Rainbow Six game without specialists and other bullshit. Give me proper tactical hostage rescue missions with realistic mechanics and planning scenarios at the start of each mission, oh and absolutely unforgiving combat. I would love to see a proper sequel to Raven Shield!
In windows? The banner to click on is literally front and center if you open the xbox app.Anyway, I spent too much time trying to figure out how to play this through Gamepass, wasn't able to find it in the app

Fuck...why is the level coming after me
Its actually fun and works on day 1. Not buggy, not broken.
Is this the point we've got to?
It's supposed to fucking work.
Rainbow Six Extraction converts much of Siege’s content library into an approachable co-op shooter, providing a tense environment for players of all skill levels. However, in a series of industry-defining hits, this installment feels incredibly safe and markedly less gripping than its predecessor. We hope our Rainbow Six Extraction review is useful for those still deciding if it's worth buying.
Lol. I get it.I think you missed the old typo thread title mate. It was a joke.
Rianbiw instead of Rainbow
deal with it, this isn't R6 Siege and won't get the same support. Wake Up.
