Much more power early on. Plus it can be put in places where wind sucks. So are there any known advantages to the coal plant? All these YouTube hippies keep using wind turbines.

They put in the gaf logo somewhere?
I wouldn't put it past some modders to come out with a NeoGAF style sperm bank.Nah, but I imagine we have some damn fine mod folks in this thread who'll be able to whip something up.

That seems a bit weird. I mean I assume it would affect land value/similiar factors but health? Weird imo.
Also the dreaded finnish accent.
Northernlion.
Has huge demand for industrial and residential, with almost no demand for commercial.
Zones mostly commercial.
Also, I noticed how horribly bland perfectly straight and square city layouts are looking.

Puts Simcity 2013 in perspective, that looks smaller than one tile in Skylines.
Cities: Skylines |OT| Real Cities Have Curves
The OT maker probably already set on a good title, but I fully support this.

Yeah it'S not like the curved roads is the new feature.
I'll say it again
Cities: Skylines |OT| Sim City 5
Cities Skylines |OT| A colossal jab at EANot a new feature, but it tells people to use use god damn curves
And the Sim City 5 jab in the title seems a bit cheap to me. Using "collossal" for something is a cuter idea, but if Sim City 5 is what the mob wants, you gotta give it to them I suppose.

This looks truly excellent.

Damn it, Maxis.
Yeah I vote for leaving references to SimCity out of the |OT|.

I'm still debating on the title, although I feel I want to put Colossal in there somewhere. Ideas would be great.
Per spot.Wait, wind actually varies now? Does it vary per spot, or just plan vary overtime?
My question about the tiles though. I know you get 9 total without mods. Are these 9 tiles restricted to the 8 surrounding your starting tile, or can you expand in any direction and grab whatever 9 tiles you want?
You will be able to expand adjacent to any tiles you already have. So, you could technically just expand in a single line if you wanted to. You are not restricted to a square or rectangular shape in the end.
How big are individual maps?
I thought I remember hearing they were 25x25 tiles, but maybe it was 25 sq tiles.

Anybody in this thread start working on a mod for the game yet? Are the active modders right now using copies of the game yet? I'm interested in working on some mods, but have no modeling experience at all.
Oh I want this game so much, but I don't think my laptop can handle
I've got an i5 2450 @ 2.5ghz and a Gt 635M
Will I be able to run this at all? Even if it looks pretty rough?
