Looks outstanding. I love the old school rpg vibe.
didn't cartman pick up the stick at the end of those episodes, effectively setting up the gameIs the story connected to the recent South Park episodes? They look like the same costumes.

The battles and menus look pretty terrible. But it really is genuinely funny. Being funny is the hard part, so it's weird they'd drop the ball on the rest.
I'm going for the double whammy, I'll be playing as a black Jew and party up with cartman. Hopefully he doesn't try to get my pouch of gold.So who here is NOT gonna play as a Jew?
Can't wait for this.

Trying so hard not to quote Lighting avatar right now.

In Obsidian we trust!!! I am huge fan of South Park and it seems that they have managed to capture all the magic and humor of the series, it helped a lot that Parker and Stone were involved...
One question, is this game supposed to be Steamworks? I know it doesn't use Uplay but will the retail version activate on Steam?
Just looks very basic and boring to play through. The icon for blocking looked cheap and weird.
Like I said, it's just strange because they nailed the look of the show so well, and the humor is definitely there. But just basic menus and battling look disappointing to me.
It'll probably be fun, but if the actual gameplay part isn't really that compelling, I think I might end up wishing it was just more episodes in the end. We'll see.
Wow, you are REALLY hard to impress when it comes to rpgs. You were in the X thread complaining about that game too. Please tell me, what in your opinion has been an amazing rpg in recent years? Please don't say Ni No Kuni. That game was boring as hell.
Not like it's even relevant here, but the battle system in LR is quite a bit more impressive than this, so I don't see your point. The menus are better too, and don't look like a cheap flash game.
The battles in this video were quite simple, kind of what you would expect from the first 10 minutes. In a previous video, there was gameplay shown during the middle of the game and it was a lot more involved. I think it's going to be a lot of fun to play. The battles and menus look pretty terrible. But it really is genuinely funny. Being funny is the hard part, so it's weird they'd drop the ball on the rest.
How about we just don't derail this with pointless interrogations.
I apologize for not complimenting this as the perfect incarnation of RPGs with no flaws whatsoever.
