Also, when do you do it? What's the easiest way to set it up?

Arakune almost evened the odds! But I don't really know what the hell was happening, except for the grab distortion.

Thanks for this. Have you checked out the Blu-ray with strategies (or has anyone)? How useful is that for videos or should I just stick with Youtube?UC1 said:Some easy practical combos:
Without curse:
B>D
crouching Ax3>standing B
crouching Ax3>crouching C
C>air combo
B+C>QCFx2+C>jump A into throw (techable)
B+C>QCFx2+C>jump Ax2>jump QCF+C (techable)
^mixups. There's guaranteed combos, but these are easier.
easy air combo: jump A>QCF+C>rapid cancel>jump A>QCF+C
Curse combos:
B>C>air combo
crouching Ax3>C>air combo
Apart from that, watch some videos to see how they use D attacks. A lot of combos or blocked strings can be followed up with several D attacks which can keep them away. I can tell you some of my blocked strings and D setups if you want.
Never thought of using the torpedo to launch into 360. One I did try a few times tho is his fireball that pulls them in to you but it seems there's barely any time to do it. Is there any other really simple but damaging combo you use with the fireball? because i hit with that thing pretty often due to how fast it firesOichi said:The 360 is much stricter than in other fighting games. It's nowhere near as loose as Gief's in SF4, but it's not as lenient as Hugo's in 3rd Strike... I guess it's around the same difficulty as the SF2 SPD that Gief had.
For me I tend to go 4123698A/B if I'm on the 1P side and 6321478A/B if I'm on the 2P side. I do this because I tend to do the 360 after a Sledge or a backdash, so it's easiest for me to pull off.
What you need to do to make your success rate go up is to magnetize the opponent first. Do it with any move, but magnetize them. I like doing 2D then 360 personally, because it magnetizes them and it also pushes them out just a smidge so that you can do 360A, which has good invincibility on startup... that way whatever attack they throw out will whiff and you'll suck them in.
A fun thing to do once you learn your ranges is to completely whiff a 2D into a 360A! I've done that a couple of times and it's hilarious because everyone will see the 2D and automatically stop to block it, and then eat the 360 if they try to retaliate.:lol
You suck? you destroyed all of gaf with your Litchi. You would be like probably 75-80% win rate or something insane like thatFerrio said:Because I suck? I can't land my damn combos...

Tager just sounds like a blast...really satisfying. I'm def gonna main him along with Arakune from now onOichi said:After a fireball you can do a generic combo like C, 623C. This is great because they can't really tech hit, and even if they do try to, the magnetism from the fireball will suck them in anyway.
Another cute trick that I have done is do B, C, D, with the D connecting and sending them to the other side of the screen. Before they recover I immediately do 623C and hold C for about a quarter of a second for the magnetism to kick in... if they tech hit the D, they get sucked back into Tager, and you can get a 360A if they aren't expecting it and try to mash hit out of it.:lol :lol

I'm thinking about just going through these videos:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pXo9vzFQIms
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yt2_ZnuEvAg
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9Qy_uW2lpfA
and writing down the combos as I see them. I see about 3-5 consistently being used. Would save me time if one of you know which combos are used in these videos and would list them for me
I'm doing pretty well right now, beating level 30's on ranked, but I still haven't mastered any combos lol. I just spam C, with the occasional 214B~41236D.
