Yes, this is why they don't allow porn on Twich (plus some advertisers not wanting to put money on websites with certain content).
What Twich allows is streams of fully clothed people playing games or chatting. The difference is that when streaming from a pool/hot tub/beach they allow people wearing swimsuit, and there is nothing wrong with it.
Sure, this will mean that many hot people (mostly women) will use it to take advantage of their looks as they always did everywhere, including the 'normal' Twitch. Because sure, many people is horny and sex sells. So what? There is nothing bad on people showing their body because they want.

The website is not targeted at kids. Half of the users are between 18 and 34. And just 20% are between 13 and 17. You can't even create an account if you are under 13.
And all of the most viewed channels have a mature audience disclaimer before watching.

Honestly, Twitch just needs to be classified as an adult site on grounds of sexual content. There's so much dishonesty at play both by these streamers and Twitch because they're trying to offer and profit from sexualized content without being labelled as sexual content.
The female streamers in question are acting in the capacity of any other online sex worker. They promote themselves in a sexual way, focussing on their sexuality in order to make money from people (mostly men) seeking sexual gratification.
Twitch is not only hosting, but actively promoting content it knows to be sexual in nature because it brings them in money. They don't however want to acknowledge that this is what they're offering and doing because they have a large audience of minors and don't want to lose the advertisers that don't want to be associated with sexual content that is unsuitable for a family audience.
It gets twisted because of this deception. Minors are exposed to content and behaviours that they shouldn't be. It makes it harder for parents to block them from that kind of content because it is not labelled as such and Twitch presents itself as a gaming platform with no clear indicators that it hosts adult and sexual content. The girls in question take money from viewers and push boundaries based on sexual objectification and behaviours that are rightly gated off from children until they reach a certain age.
Is there a problem with girls objectifying themsevles like this and providing sexual content? No - but there is a place for it and it needs to be clear what it is. If Twitch wants to offer sexual content then fair play, but they need to make clear that they are an adult content provider and adhere to age restrictions applicable to whatever countries they are being accessed from. I think there's a not-so-subtle commentary on the general gaming community somewhere in here. That this is the natural evolution of a streaming site for gamers probably says a lot about the mindset of gamers. You like games, but you like boobs more. Twitch allows gambling, streams of M rated games, artists performing songs with obscene lyrics, streamers drinking, etc. Twitch has children watching it, but it's always had adult shit on it. This hot tub section is an attempt by Twitch to quarantine this content, to better allow advertisers to opt out of supporting it if they chose. While still ensuring they keep the money and audience gained from these streams. Twitch is not profitable and they need all the money/viewers they can get. That's capitalism baby.
Because if people demand Twitch ban this shit because of muh children, then they'd also have to ban all the other shit I mentioned.
