I was going to buy the game and I saw the demo. It's already there. Pretty sure it was added only in the past month or 2 tho. I have never played a Yakuza game. Glad the demo is available to try out. 10hrs is a crazy length

Yea I've played all the DA games. I've played DAI like 3-4 times already something about that game just really clicks for me. I'm at least going to give it a shot.

Veilguard is worth playing for the combat alone. just dont expect to make any choices.

Story has some decent moments. Lots of epic battles during the main story.

DONT do the loyalty quests. they are all trash. Every single one.

Wow. Right up there with other EA sales bombs like ME Andromeda and some indie games like Unraveled. Most EA games are 9-12 months. When it’s 6 month or less it’s a sales failure and they need to get it in sub plan.

Doubt it. EA announced last year after the game launched support for the game is basically dead. No DLC.

As for for more patches or updates I doubt it. I think they released their final game update a couple weeks ago.

BioWare has moved on to making the next ME game.

Beat the game in about 25 hours and thought it was a good time.

Wasn't there some quote about it killing the franchise, like there'll never be another Dragon Age game now because of how Veilguard did?

It killed most of the established lore in the DA universe. They ruined everything and sealed the coffin themselves with the repugnant writing. Dragon Age is officially a dead IP as no one will be courageous or strong-willed enough to undo the mess done with Veilguard.
