yep, even soccer match, they will advert break if foul, throw or freekick.

Not really true during major events, though for a long ass time they really tried to find a way. (Lots of picture in picture where the game would be small to the side while the ads played.) That's why soccer will never get big here; you can't advertise during it, so ESPN does not want it to be big. (The college tournament games, though, since ESPN can have direct control over those they have a commercial break that splits it into four quarters instead of halves. :lol )
