Ahh thanks a ton for pointing that out. I completely forgot to look for the flash gif fix after switching to Win 8. Disabling that did wonders for me.

I fixed some of my old Dark Souls GIFs because they weren't showing properly when I first submitted them.

Apparently Photoshop has an issue with displaying frames at a hundredth of a second.

These are shot at 120 fps and slowed down

You get pretty bad image quality with Avidemux. For exporting Fraps AVIs into HQ image sequences, VirtualDub is the best. Jasc Animation Shop kicks ass.

EDIT: 3DMark06 still looks good. Had to cull this one in JAS (15fps instead of 30) to get the filesize down. The 30fps animated PNG version takes up 74MB

If you've got photoshop, I'd recommend redoing your VirtualDub GIF's through there. The file sizes come out much smaller with very minimal difference.
