The cult was never about equality, it was about humiliating and browbeating the groups they don't like to the point they completely give up like young men are doing in droves lately. One of the main reasons most young people are miserable and lonely now is because men can't even flirt with women anymore without these freaks accusing them of "sexual misconduct" and other pathetic made up buzzwords, meanwhile aggressive shit like the stuff in this scene are totally acceptable to them for groups they approve of

If I see any more of that elementary school writing I´m gonna lose my faith in humanity. The image of an adult person, who calls himself a professional, writing this and thinking that another person past the age of 10 might think that`s anything but utterly retarded makes me want to cry.....

So I am giving the game a try on PC. I did not part with any monies, I don't know if it worthy of that right now, its only getting my time...which is more valuable anyway.
First impressions is that with the settings jacked up, the game does not look bad during conversations mostly. What I am most impressed by? The hair
I laugh, BUT I don't recall seeing ethnic hair (or most hair in general) done this well anywhere else to be perfectly honest. The people involved in that definitely deserve praise, because apparently lots of other devs can't get it right. The rest of the graphics are fine for this game. I don't expect mind blowing things here, and IMO most games this generation have failed to bring that to the table.
Moving on, it doesn't seem to be open world. I am fine with that. So far it appears the way they have everything set up using the mirrors and allowing for exploration works fine (for me).
Combat...isn't bad. I don't love it, but I do find myself engaged in hectic fights from time to time...then again I hate the appearance of the armors I have found, so my character is still using the base armor that had been upgraded just a little bit. I might be bothered to try the other combat styles later.
Story and characters. Right now I have the starter folks, the chatty elf,the demon possessed guy and traveling on a quest that has a griffon. I didn't mention names because I don't remember most without trying. I've been a bit under the weather so I've other things occupying my thoughts but these folks really aren't catching my interest much. Might change later, but right now I'm mostly just interested in seeing Sola's past history as it progresses.
Going from a full ZERO expectation at the beginning, the game has bumped up to a 6 for me....and now to a 2 or even 1. Why? The damn thing crashes all the bloody time now. My PC is no slouch, but I get a graphics card error every so often. Just started after having no issues at all. Research shows me that others are affected. My PC is AMD based, my laptop is Nvidia. Troubleshooting hasn't completely resolved and the recent patch didn't make a bit of difference.
I haven't run into the issue on my laptop, but my progress isn't as far as it is on my main PC. We will see if the issue appears as my playtime increases.
Random bits. Jumping off things to my death seems to yield no actual setbacks. Call me funny, but that's something I usually do it games. Would it bother devs to add a death yell? Flailing limbs? Fall damage from a high area? I really like the animations for when you struggle climb or BARELY make a jump. Very cool and helps immersion for me.
I'll come back with updates.

What's funny is there aren't any obvious gay or lesbian in game, only non-binary people, I counted 3 quest npcs and one in a puzzle: you're in this ancient ruined castle and you're supposed to read 3 notes about 4 ancient knights to get their names, their weapon of choice and the direction they face (4 statues are identical) one of that ancient knight is a they/them... it's written on the shield of an old statue, like it already existed in the past... and it doesn't add anything to the puzzle, it could have been 4 guys or 4 girls, the puzzle would resolve the same.
And yeah french is ugly, it completely got me out of the story when they write in inclusive: it makes me focus on the form, not the content.

That's because everyone is bi in this game. Unlike the previous games all party members are open to anything lol. It's seems the whole world is as well. Just another great example of bad world building and writing.
