I'm happy this came to PC. Game needs more exposure and needs to grow. Fantastic fighting game and I hope that season 3 is coming

OH SHIT!!!

This was basically the game I wanted most on Xbox One. I have Madcatz tournament edition sticks for 360 and PS3, anyone know if those are compatible with PC?

Edit: Nevermind, just saw 360 sticks were compatible. :D Now we wait for release...

You saying half the roster is cheeks?
The character design, maybe. :p

But seriously, I was referring to the gameplay & UI improvements, as well as the fleshing out of the SP content. Made the game feel MUCH better for me and I've enjoyed it a lot more since. It feels like more of a complete package and PC players should feel good about getting that version from day 1.

And now the Xbox One I paid $500 for at launch truly is a very expensive doorstop. :(

Anyone want an Xbox One for cheap?

Because the XBO is a closed platform.

There's literally no way Killer Instinct on PC was not going to support 360 sticks.

Obviously. Just saying why they pointed it out in that tweet -- it's different from the xbone version which does not support all sticks

never left the stone age
That's probably the one game I'd choose if I could pick any of the Xbox One Library to port to PC so good on ya, Microsoft.

I hope that you can link your xbox profile on the pc version with all the characters. I don't want to have to pay for everything again because that would be a pain. I just want to be able to use my older sticks since I never wanted to invest in one for my Xbone.

You can

PS3/4 sticks should work fine on this, right? No reason to think they won't?

Anyone? The fact that they only explicitly mentioned that it will support xbone and 360 sticks has me confused.

How scrub friendly is KI? I can execute decent combos in MKX but some are pretty technical and hard to pull off like run cancelling into moves and the timing for juggling (especially online).

I assume they would, if you have drivers for them. I doubt they'd restrict the game to xbox devices... wouldn't make too much sense.

It's pretty friendly as long as you go through the dojo and you get a grasp of how to play

EVERYONE NEW TO KI THAT HAS A FG BACKGROUND, PUT THIS GUIDE IN YOUR BOOKMARKS

Is cross *buy* confirmed? Because cross-play doesn't mean anything for Steam. You can have whatever you want in a Steam game. Games for Windows Live, for example.

Cross-buy is confirmed.

GFWL no longer exists and Xbox on Windows 10 is nothing like GFWL.

Like an Xbox One your Microsoft account(which is your Windows profile that you log into your PC with) will hold all your digital purchases. Xbox on Windows 10 is built-in to the OS and unlike GFWL it is not a separate application with its own DRM.

Shit, nice. Bought the $20 pack on Xbone.

Do you have to do that though? In Windows 8.1 you can still have offline users not tied to a Microsoft account.

Also I feel like none of that stuff you mentioned would prevent the game from being on Steam as a Windows-only game. Valve doesn't give a fuck.
