you are underestimating children. when I was a kid I told my parents what I want. And it definitely wasn't some Sega Saturn, Dreamcast or whatever all the other consoles were named. It was either NINTENDO or PLAYSTATION. And if parents buy their kids expensive christmas presents they will make sure if they are buying the thing what their children want. We are not in the 90's or early 2000's
And if it is sold out the fathers have to do the Arnie
that actually happened to me and I got really pissed at my motherYou could argue that the kid will say "I want the new Xbox" and the parent will see the XSS or maybe both and will get the one that is cheaper.
I'll be relieved if this is true. Was starting to get really worried both next gen consoles would be $600. (Of course this is assuming Sony matches the XSX.)Windows Central: Xbox Series S/X Release Date and Price November 10th, $299 for the S and $499 for the X.

That's basically what I'm expecting.PS5 DE: 399$
PS5 : 499$
I mean it could happen if the XSX is being sold at 499$.
Sony could be 449.99-549.99 and still get 70% market share. Why would they lose a few billion for no good reason. If it is 499.99-399.99 be happy.Come on Sony drop that $350-$450 price bombs
just post the link like this:
"We can confirm via our sources that the entry-level Xbox Series S will cost $299 at retail, with a $25 per month Xbox All Access financing option, which Microsoft is planning to push hard via various retailers and a large global roll out. The more powerful Xbox Series X will cost $499, with a $35 per month Xbox All Access financing option.
Both consoles will launch on November 10, 2020."

If all this wasn't a controlled leak, then someone is going to get fired...
Unless this is part of the game
Agree leak this is not helpful in any way in not catastrophic or something bad but manIf all this wasn't a controlled leak, then someone is going to get fired...

Anything coming from Sam Brands is a controlled leak.
Phil Spencer be like:4D Chess move: Microsoft leaked this so Sony pulls the trigger on $499.00 for the PS5 Disc and they can undercut by $50.00. Phil Spencer, you son of a bitch...

Please, we are past this stage, see for yourself:Now that we've seen the console when will they show games running on it
This is the way I saw it, still seeing it as such.....I have to admit, that's exactly how I envisioned it, basically the XSX sliced vertically with ventilation moved to the side. I wonder if they are using the same dual board chassis, it might be small enough to fit in there. I could have never foreseen that two-tone color scheme on the optical drive sized grid on the side. I would have gone with all white.

Finally something happened. At the most unexpected moment.
OK Sony if this was what we were waiting for
