Ahead of its broadcast premiere, according to this post the first six episodes of OK K.O.!: Let's Be Heroes is now available for viewing on the Cartoon Network mobile app and on VOD. Can confirm that all six are currently up on the Spectrum TV app.

Thanks, I'll need to check this out. I only found out yesterday that the creator worked on Steven Universe and is voicing one of the main characters of this show.

I watched all the released episodes and really liked it! The animation is all over the place in a good way. They play incredibly fast and loose with how characters look and move, to the point where the number of fingers they have change from moment to moment. Heck, some episodes look totally different from one another. Episode 3's animation in particular is very out there.

Don't go in expecting another deep lore show: there's definitely an established world in place, but it's all for fun and laughs.

EDIT: Rebecca Sugar sings/wrote the ending credits and she has a nice, cute lyric about animation in general: "Every second that you see is/twenty-four connected pieces".

That artstyle is so unique and good, I gotta check out the pilot at least.

Keep in mind that the pilot is four years old at this point and things changed a bit in the art department. Even the shorts they did after all have very different art styles.

The pilot and shorts do give a general sense of the characters though. Those didn't change very much.

OK K.O. is legit. I'll certainly be watching new episodes as they air.

"Should we be offended by that?"

I remember when I took a tour of Nick's animation studio last year, they were really hyping up how progressive this show was in regards to LGBT characters. I oughta get around to watching it.
I often end up leaving it on as background noise. I had to do a double take when I saw the black kid had 2 dads and he explicitly mentioned having 2 dads. Definitely made me interested in paying attention to full episodes since damn I was not expecting a kids cartoon to throw that out there after seeing how other cartoons had to he neutered at even the mere implication of lgbt characters.

That was honestly kinda cute, & totally unexpected.
Yeah I may have to start binging this show rather than catching the endless reruns lol. This show has genuinely surprised me and I had no idea it existed. I only discovered it since I unashamedly flip through Disney, CN, or Nick when I'm not watching anything in particular lol.

This is also why I stumbled on the Gravity Falls series marathon 2 weeks ago and recorded all of it to binge watch. I'm 3 episodes away from the finale.

Wow. Syndication city.

Also, fucking RoboCop. Movie was gory and filthy as fuck but kids really loved the idea of a robot crime fighter putting down bad guys in a spray of gunfire. Always thought it was weird they turned that concept into a cartoon.

Robocop had two animated adaptations
