I don't know if this is a standard in video game companies, but if the execs get big bonuses first before the regular employees, that's fucked.

Every company I've worked at, has bonuses paid about 2 months after the fiscal year ends (not always a calendar year) after accounting finalizes numbers and managers shake out different factors and employee performance. But everyone gets the bonus the same time. There's even official communication when it comes and letters with signatures when you get it (so you got documented proof).

Nobody does this "dragging things out" tactic. If a game keeps getting delayed, nobody gets paid? That's messed up, especially from big corps like Sony who have money to pay out. I can understand a small studio with no money can't do it till games ship, but big companies have the money.

It can be believable, but that doesn't mean you go around spreading it as a fact. This is how the overheating PS5 rumors started.

I think the only video proof we have is that fade out screen with Ellie and Dina beaten the shit out of.

But some people said (in writing) I think something about Ellie putting on Joel's jacket and bailing Dina to look for Abby. That's the last scene in the game. I might be wrong here. Memory fuzzy. But pretty sure as for video proof, my sentence above is the last scene shown so far unless I missed something.

It was only about 3 weeks ago that they announced the Delay of TLOU Part II. We're still dealing with the virus and annoucing it earlier wouldn't do them any justice. It was still an unknown at that point. I don't see them coming up with a new release date in less than 24 hours.

Don't blame me. Some people (including me) don't want to play games where you control female leads all game. Only time I enjoyed it was Diablo 2 Amazon since I wanted to be expert at bow attacks. But if it was a male character, I would have pick him too.

The game does have a heavy female centric story. Not sure why you are denying that is true.

- Ellie/Dina/Abby storylines
- Lesbian scenes
- Leaked footage also shows lots of relationship and family squabble stuff. Dina even kisses Ellie's arm after she stitches her up
- Abby is beefed up like Hulk

Yes but that argument in its self is flawed as hardware sales are barely profitable it makes no financial sense to hold on to big seller that's complete its all about money and I can't see any way that makes Sony more money.

Yeah, apparently Nate can kill the invincible Lazarevic but Nadine is some martial arts god....
Even in the fight, you can't actually hit her..it won't let you and when she kicks Nate, he goes flying out the window like a horse kicked him.... it's ridiculous.

She fights like she has superpowers... not like she could actually take even one of them. It's just not convincing in the least and the gloating she does on top of that just annoyed me.

I'd like to see Abby (or her equivalent) get in the octagon with Khabib and see if she can win shit..... shed be dust in a second.

Right now, I'm leaning towards Abby being playable after you beat the main game. It sounds a little better than playing her story right after you finish Ellie's, but who really knows at this point? I just find it interesting.
