Opta: Ballon d'Or candidate Manuel Neuer (89%) has Europe's best save percentage this season, well ahead of runner-up Morgan DeSanctis (83%)

You are going to order in noodles and compel some Asian girl to read you Hojberg's gene sequence.

Gaal-ball will only last a few more years, Bla. Watch it live. Feel it.

I was just reading that Netflix VPN thread and I have no idea why people defend massive corporations despite how much they are in the wrong.

Who do you mean? Technically Sony are in the right, it would just suck hard for consumers if they won. It's not as if blocking VPN users is going to make local (non-US) Netflix much better, so why would I cheer for Sony?

Hope Theo starts against Hull and hopefully he can get several minutes under his belt. Don't mind how he plays given he's been out for so long that I am just glad he's back.

Thoughts on the sissoko rumours? Think he's good enough and what we need?

Been there, done that, hated it. Good luck tho! Yeovinski should be beatable.

Randy stop listing good movies to prove these actors are good at acting. Wilbur is saying the performance is no different regardless of the role.

Jesus Christian.

The thing is, range doesn't define quality. It only says something about the capability of an actor to play a great variety of roles. Which mostly leads to having an actor with much more good films attached to his name as opposed to more one dimensional actors such as Morgan Freeman. Mostly because it's also easier to see them as the character they are instead of the actor. But that doesn't take away the fact that if an actor like Freeman gets a role that fits his capabilities he's able to transform that into something good. That won't get him in any lists of the best actors ever, but he's able to get in some great work over the years. Take a guy like Joe Pesci. He's almost everytime being typecast for some Italian mob guy, that's pretty much the only thing he can do. But he does it in brilliant way, so we love him for that. It would be silly to say, but yeah Pesci can't play the pope in a non-fiction drama about the pope's life, so he's a bad actor.

It's by Tim Burton, which should tell everything you need to know. One of the less terrible Burton films, to be fair.

I'm just gonna assume here you haven't seen Big Fish, Edward Scissorhands and Corpse Bride. Tim Burton did some wonderful work.

I saw Grand Budapest Hotel yesterday. Was good. But I hate the fact that I will always think about the Steam Thread guy when I see Saoirse Ronan (or whatever her name is).

Johnny Depp is the fucking worst.

Absolute shithouse of an actor.

Morgan Freeman is the worst actor in the world. Has less range than a fucking cow.

Allow me to introduce you to the likes of Jack Black.

To expand, an actor that plays himself constantly is offensive, but to constantly play the same extreme caricature of yourself is fucking despicable.

hahaha guys pls. your opinions are respected, however... you surely cannot top the below... i raise you with this :p

She was shit in that scene but Marion Cortillard is a fantastic actress.

EDIT: Also range is one thing, charismatic is another. John Wayne played a lot of cowboys but is he a shit actor because they tend to cast him in the same familiar role?

Speaking of great actors, JK Simmons is getting 'Oscar buzz' for Whiplash. Looking forward to seeing. He won't win an Oscar though, if only for the fact that someone so low profile doesn't win them.

I think he will win it, tbh. Norton will be nommed, maybe Hawke will win, but I'd bet on Simmons if I had to (and Keaton for Actor)

Norton was so fucking good in Birdman.

Chuckling just thinking about it.

Got a King Pot Noodle here. Just found out The Reds don't play until tomorrow. Fuming. At least I can watch Louieh's philosopheh come undone to Yeovil.

Told my parents I didn't like The Equalizer and that they shouldn't watch it. Apparently they seen it last week and of course my dad liked it. Told me he'd expected me not to like it. He thought the film had a great story. Then I told him the drama part was pretty half assed and one scene with Bill Pullman in the middle was an ever bigger waste of time. His closing argument was that I over analysed it

Awwww there's an image of a bunch of kids wearing various "Torres 9" shirts outside the Calderon.

Lovely, that.
