Bare in mind it takes every other team member to say kick to kick a person, 4-1, why would introduce such a stupid rule in a game, we kicked because they were griefing and a bot was better company.

I had two games where we kicked someone, simply because he was AFK for over 5 minutes....

And we got punished for that shit...fucking hell.

I see Scholes the same way I do players like Maldini or Nesta for Milan. Absolutely irreplaceable and the pinnacle of their respective positions.

I don't know if I feel the same about Gerrard. He's no doubt a brilliant player and one of the best of his generation. But I rate Scholes of the two higher.

I've never been a big fan of Lampard's game, I've always had a suspicion that his style of play was what made it so difficult for strikers to succeed at Chelsea because he's a shoot first, pass second type player. A good Mourinho player, and a player whose goal scoring ability is always valuable—but not someone who will make the players around him better. But I've been really impressed with his longevity, the fact that he can seemingly score goals regardless of where on the pitch he's playing, and his transition into a deeper role when Chelsea won the CL. I don't think Gerrard has fared nearly as well in his decline years.
