The only consistency is that it's not about right and wrong or truth and falsehood. It's about criminals/terrorists getting what they want and following their dear leader to the end.

The video on belligerent Russian foreign influence brings to mind some of the recent incidents involving foreign mouthpieces talking about my country in a way that is very like hers.
Just make shit up. "Communists" is a new one.
People here are beginning to more commonly recognize the similarity right away without comment from others. Even becoming aware of the conditions of thought those influences had on their behavior previously. It's starting to sink in. Ukraine is teaching a lot of security lessons to everyone.

The EU can and will cope.

It'll cause political upheaval, some more people than normal will die of cold (because of political incompetence), some Middle Eastern and Northern African countries are going to make bank, as will some shipping and infrastructure companies. But ultimately, none of the big countries want to break ranks. They now what the ultimate consequences of that are.

Yeah, AFAIK the ruzzian story was debunked because it appears that this is what they destroyed:

The ruzzians believing this crap is bad enough, but what about both the right and left wingers in the US/west that believes much of the same conspiracy theories (weapons biolabs and nazis).. It still irks the fuck out of me every time I hear Dore talk about Ukraine, I thought he was one of the good guys but it's obvious that some parts of his brain is batshit insane.

Russia finally admitting that it was never just about the Donbas, but their intention is to 'liberate' all of Ukraine. Wonder how the 'we should be trying to make peace with Russia!' crowd will respond to this. Im not sure how you can make peace with a country that is this honest about wanting to swallow you up and wipe away your state and sovereignty

The good thing is that by now the west is immune to the ruzzian gaslighting, we no longer need to worry about gullible and virtue signaling world leaders believing their shit. Obviously someone in foreign land, than this is not going to work

And yes I would sabotage it this way, just to keep Russians in place (but that's also for my ancestors, not just this conflict)

It's not Russians that are paying me. It is a big American corporation with offices across all EMEA. They closed down their retail business in Russia but their office is still operational so sometimes I still need to deal with them. :messenger_weary:
