Those player matches look like fun, I have yet to even do any, just chipping away at the story with some practice and occasional ranked matches. If the story has told me anything, it's that Bang makes everything awesome. His story, the branch for Taokaka and Tager's story, and his part in Teach Me, Ms. Litchi all support this! I've been trying to use him in training but don't feel that comfortable to bring him online yet, I also try and do the Fu Rin Ka Zan every round even if I don't do much with it.

Yes, Bang does makes everything awesome, and I will also try to do Fu-Rin-Ka-Zan every round too :lol

Only thing is that he better not turn out to of been killed by Hakumen D:

Just came home from a all-night blazblue sesh. the game is legit.

my friend was holding it down as V-13, no one could stop him. My Iron Tager put a quick, pile-driving stop to his shenanigans.

I may have to re-up my xbox live account for this though. I know the multiplayer options are crazy, but hows the net-code?

I've only played half a dozen matches or so, but the netcode is friggin' excellent. Other than the character intro phase, there is no lag and you couldn't even tell you're playing online. Best fighter netcode I've ever seen.

Yeah, and netcode is superb. I don't even speed to the starting of battle to give it plenty of time to synchronize and be ready to go.

I think this is a mistake. Practicing against humans is exactly what you should be doing in this case.

Yeah, right now I still kinda suck at combos. I'm not sure how long it'll take me to learn these combos AND remember them well enough to not flub them during a player match. I abuse C and D so much now D:

So... I'm really starting to get some nice combos together with Noel in training mode... and it feels good (the ones on the Blu-Ray). However, in a match, I can't ever seem to find an opportunity to begin/set them up. I attribute a lot of this to the fact that I'm still getting used to the system as well... when to block... how to block... when to be aggressive and what normals to use to open a combo. Also... my general noobishness when it comes to fighters in general.

I hope that constant beat-downs will help me see the game better and learn from my mistakes.... but... it still feels as if I'm losing to people who don't have much strategy. I think I need to stay in GAF created rooms... a better environment for learning, IMO! I need to learn how to punish!!!! ....and...not...be...punished.

Ok, any way to send replays to others. I want to show someone my great come back with bang of getting pounced on at the beginning of round 3 to the point I was around 40% health before even hitting Tao, got the enemy down to about 40% health, they get me to about 30%, do the move to make Tao pounce me and bring me down to 1% health, I run back, do Iron Rain, it misses, I do my Drive attack, hit them into Iron rain, they get out, I just my Drive attack to knock them back into Iron Rain, and end up winning with taking out 40% of there HP without getting hit.

:lol Also, what some people do online is just odd. "Oh no, he has activated Fu-Rin-Ka-Zan, while I am on the opposite side of the screen, let me barrier bust!"

Yes I used gotos, and no I didn't proofread the logic so there is probably a hole or two. But I think I get the point across...

I've been thinking about it, but I also need to get around to ripping the OST to my computer. Maybe I'll set that up tonight. Currently have the battle theme from Persona 4 as my ringtone.

The Canuckistani delays are killing me, hopefully the game is actually available today. Been playing A LOT of Guilty Gear Accent Core Plus in the interim.

I really wanna get good with Tager and demolish people. I like these things about him:

- he's huge, i love his character look
- few people use him
- fewer are good with him (or even decent)
- it will be satisfying to beat people with him
- the moves look badass...the main piledriver, the spinning distortion, and of course the 720 distortion

Anyone decent with him and have the PS3 version? Let me know because I wanna play vs and see what tactics you do etc. I tried making a player match room with the names "TAGER ONLY"... "TAGER v TAGER" and of course nobody picks Tager and there's no way to kick them after you get on the character select screen. Ugh..

How is this game to control? I'm finding the circular motion actions in SFIV to be OK, but the charge attacks are practically impossible to do, particularly with the SFIV SE stick. Wondering if it is the same for BlazBlue.

The only thing I find odd is that techiclly, even someone who sucks as much as I can get to #1 in accumulated victory by just playing non stop, since it doesn't take losses into consideration at all. Though I would have to play for a good month straight most likely without sleep, food, work, or school :lol

There's one charge move in the entire game so you should be okay.
