I didnt hear anything on the level of Awe of She or Blue Water Blue Sky but its really a solid soundtrack with easily identifiable themes.

BB has a fine soundtrack, but none of the music stands out to me like Holy Orders or Feal a Fear or whatever the name of Slayer's theme was...

I hooked up my 360 with vga cables today, and there's definitely a difference playing BlazBlue at 1360x768 on my 720P LCD. Sprites are noticeable crisper overall, and some of the characters ( Rachel springs immediately to mind) look much, much better.

Overall, yes I think GG's is better.

But Imperial Code from BB's is so awesome.

A Solitude That Asks Nothing In Return owned so hard... and even though I love Tager's and Nu's theme, they aren't really holding a candle to anything in GG. Still a pretty solid ST though.

I need help getting Jin's story mode completed, the note on Dustloop indicates they're not sure exactly how to unlock the fight. It's the second choice after beating Bang, beating Tager, and then after beating Ragna and Nu, Hakumen is supposed to show up. He didn't show up the first time I went through that path, but I have 97% complete on the story. Will he appear now if I try again?

Hakumen shows up if you LOSE to Tager and fight Rachel and go from there, I had to redo his a lot so I remember that off memory. For 100% remember to lose the fight against Hakumen too, iirc you don't get to save after the last fight so you'll have to redo that beforehand too.

Here's a total lame question: so Ferrio sent me an invite to the chat room, but I have no clue how to actually join you all in a game. When I go to the "Friends" option in-game, it says I have "no messages." Do I need a direct invite into a lobby?

It should be above your inbox (one item I think) on that part of the XMB. Chat Room (Text only) or something like that. After invited and all that, should be able to access it whenever you sign onto PSN.

i think you need to lose to tager, then beat rachel, ragna, nu, then hakumen. I'm not really sure how I did it but I got 100 for jin :p.

I got 100 without losing to hakumen. I'm sure I only fought him the one time.

So I finally got a chance to play this (don't think mine is coming till August :( )on a friend's console, and wow, this game is awesome:D. Can't wait till I get to spend more time with it. Really like Noel so far, she's a string machine. And Jin is pretty good as well ( I lol'd when he kept calling Noel a bitch :lol)

I've been using the mapped triggers. S was originally LT but I made that ABCD for Barrier Burst and moved taunt to LS since it definitely doesn't need to be on a button that major for me.

When it comes to blocking, I use the pre-mapped triggers (for 360, the left trigger) but other than that I do everything with button presses.

Right, the only time I have fought Hakumen is after losing to Tager, however according to this thread which is apparently the only real guide out for story mode, Hakumen can apparently show up even if you beat Tager. I'm pretty confident I've already exhausted all the other combinations for Jin, such as losing, DD, etc.

I got 100% on his story and the guide didn't have that at the time, so I dunno. I was only able to fight Hakumen when I lost to Tager.

Is there any Jin story artwork you're missing? If so I could probably tell you which ending it's from.

Nah, I checked and I have all of the art for Jin. It's 3% so I'm wondering if I just somehow missed losing to someone even though I think I didn't.

Any of you guys know if you completed Jin before doing any other characters? The only other character I've played/completed is Ragna.
