I would hate to be their server. Imagine the smell. You think they bleached the seats, or just chucked 'em?
Guaranteed the server had to take 20 minutes to take the order.

Each person looks like the type who nit picks the menu and customizes their order and toppings. And then when the food arrives and is wrong they get pissed and complain to the manager.
I wonder what name they gave to this event to make sure only the ugliest people in the company will attend? Safe space?

Starting on the left we got nonbinary Wario (Waria?), Larry David, Andre the Giant, and Lieutenant Commander Data. That’s a lot of star power for a Red Robin team lunch

I think that majority of sales will be from PC.I think DA Veilguard sold around 1m or 1.5m at best.
Not sure about PC. I think since DA2 it has been skewed towards USA + console market. We will see.I think that majority of sales will be from PC.
owner estimation suggest on steam chat that it sold over 600K alone on steam, where as EA play and origin also to be counted.

Man what the hell is wrong with people today? Used to be that totally losing your composure and having an unhinged emotional meltdown was something that reflected negatively on your character. This is not something that grown ups do.
Why the fuck would you record yourself doing this and share it with the entire world? These people are mentally ill.
Most are just goofing around for laughs and clicks. At least I assume that. But, there's going to a % of them who are seriously going ape shit about it. Thats the world we live in. Sit back and enjoy the laughs!Man what the hell is wrong with people today? Bottomed out at 11,500 middle of the night. It'll be sub-10,000 for sure this week.
Grab a screenshot in case they delete it later. Also to note, the gaming press has turned on the game with articles that boil down to the game isn't like previous entries, the story has a lot of issue, and even TheGamer wrote an article that it is "too woke" (their words, not mine). And this is after almost all them sold it like the game of a generation.
It's curious considering they wrote these critical articles outside the launch period in which most AAA games make their most sales.
Curious.
Edit: I want us all to take a moment to considert that TheGamer.... of all publications said something is, in their words, "Too Woke."

Wow, Thegamer? That is pretty shocking considering that website is pretty much woke most of the time. Also to note, the gaming press has turned on the game with articles that boil down to the game isn't like previous entries, the story has a lot of issue, and even TheGamer wrote an article that it is "too woke" (their words, not mine). Ehh I just skimmed through it. Seems like they just used the word “woke” as clickbait. It’s mainly the author spending multiple paragraphs touting how progressive, gay, and nonbinary she is, then criticizing the game for being too inoffensive and removing any moral gray areas.Do you one better. Here's the link: https://www.thegamer.com/dragon-age-the-veilguard-is-that-friend-thats-too-woke/

I feel like a schizo when I talk about how these review sites score games based on how they adhere to the Narrative, then I see this and it is:They tried really hard to push it and prove the chuds wrong, and lost. Now they're trying to distance themselves from that earlier effort in a bid to maintain credibility.
Basically, I think these sites are starting to realize that they are very much in the minority. People simply aren't buying the crap that they're pushing.

No need, the game was denied any real noms at TGA. That's the most public shaming a game of this pedigree can achieve. TGA likes to spread the awards around too and throw everyone a bone, so this game not getting any real nominations is like a punk out for the ages.Grab a screenshot in case they delete it later.
The apologists will simply tell you it arrived too late in the year to be considered. No need, the game was denied any real noms at TGA.
Typical ADHD behaviour. People thought that the internet era would be when nerds ruled the world, but it ended up being people with ADHD monopolising everyone's attention by never shutting up.What the fuck is wrong with Jaffe?

Except that it being nominated for one (inconsequential) award proves that is not correct.
What surprises us about this? For many years now, there has been a trend to kill the RPG genre by completely resetting the mechanics and simplifying the gameplay. We rarely get games like BG3, Rogue Trader, etc. from time to time, but this is a drop in the ocean. Now the RPG label is stuck on games that have practically nothing to do with RPGs. The view of players has changed a lot, and the new generation of players and those who are not familiar with the old school, see RPGs exactly like this.Go to Veilguards reddit subforum and enjoy the meltdowns.
If one would take them at face value, this is the best game ever made, with the best writting and gameplay ever made.
US asleep and us euro-bros are at work, so makes sense, weird that it is still that high, by Game Awards the peak will likely go down from current 24,5k 24h peak to below 20k, maybe even 15kLess than 10k players rn.
