It doesn't mean it's worth $500. Always remember thatI hope so. Cheap stuff needs to go way.
Gotta get that rage!I like how it says $449 right in the tweet you shared but you decided to go with the higher price for the outrage.
It wouldn’t stop me but it dang sure would pause a lot of people for a good while, $500 for a portable Nintendo machine is unheard of.Hypothetically, if it is $499, how do you feel about that? Ultimately, would it stop you from buying Switch 2?
Lack of a modern achievement system like Sony/MS have is enough to warrant a no purchase for me.Hypothetically, if it is $499, how do you feel about that? Ultimately, would it stop you from buying Switch 2?
$449 sounds right. Oled dinosaur Switch is $399.I like how it says $449 right in the tweet you shared but you decided to go with the higher price for the outrage.
Nintendo will never release a $500 console in the US.
It will do well but will see a big drop compared to Switch 1 due to price alone.Higher they go up, the harder it'll be to sell this to multi-console families like they did with Switch 1.
The N64 released in June in Japan and the NES in July.Have they ever released hardware in June?
GameCube got a price cut just before launch too (was £150, dropped to £129).member they crawled back on the OG 3ds launch price?
I paid $650 for a Steam Deck OLED. This would be a bargain.Hypothetically, if it is $499, how do you feel about that? Ultimately, would it stop you from buying Switch 2?
If the import tarriffs hit hard, not sure they will have a choice without taking a huge hit on margins.Nintendo will never release a $500 console in the US.
This is my thought as well. I wonder if the tariff price is already built in and they can price drop later if need be.If the import tarriffs hit hard, not sure they will have a choice without taking a huge hit on margins.
Consoles are already manufactured and sitting in the US.If the import tarriffs hit hard, not sure they will have a choice without taking a huge hit on margins.
$300 in 2017 is $380 now. So it's about 70 dollars more than the Switch 1. Not that much of an upgrade.
Maybe some, but alot of stock is gonna be headed towards the US over the next few months.Consoles are already manufactured and sitting in the US.
