Yea I KNOW what a CNC is. I've been dealing with them for over 20 years for high density pressboards we use to make multi million products that basically feeds energy throughout North America. From handling them, to making DIY ones, to programming. They scale from small to large, with our supplier handling the bigger parts that span handle over 8 meters wide.

Why would you even think this is a big fucking project for any respectable electrical engineer in North American schools to make one? Every engineering school is raining with CNCs yearly. Kinda cute you have this metric and you think nobody knows what a CNC is. What is this, the early 2000's?

My cheapest cnc for my manufacturing business is 168k canadian which is a n100 with a rake and off load.

When i say i spent close to 2 mill on nesting alone you come back at me that you built it alone from scratch.

My k560 hp bander is 147k. The steffani i am eyeballing now is 280k.

I have other machines with cnc features.

I own these machines.

I paid for them.

I make money with them.

How do you compare yourself to me ?

If you can build me just and overhead robot for a bander for less than 80k i will fucking give you the contract and fly you to calgary.

Better yet , once i expand and need to set up a new shop i will fly you in and you can engineer the entire layout and all the machinery needed for production.

I also would hire you to engineer me a packaging machine for flat pack products

YEs i have contact in quebec for robotics. Yes i will go full automation as fuck employees

i am still mad that Command and Conquer was destroyed as a franchise due to chasing GaaS, and the fact that i am playing other things now doesn't make it any better.

Yes there are idiots everywhere but I have more sympathy with the anti woke crowd because they aren't the instigators. It's a bit disappointing to see Warhorse bend the knee in any way - but it's so minimal that I don't think it should distract from the game as a whole. From what I gather, the two main characters are written so obviously straight, that the option it gives you for them to be gay really doesn't fit with the story. I watched the opening of the game and the two of them are talking about cruising for chicks.

Personally I am very anti-woke but I don't follow any of the anti-woke Youtubers except for Critical Drinker because most of them are just in it for the money and are too reflexively anti-woke. Being able to properly criticise this stuff does require a degree of intelligence and media literacy, and not just knee-jerk opinions.
