I don't know if it's nomminated, but AC2 had the best soundtrack of the last few months, followed by MW2, possibly followed by ODST.

EDIT: But I'm sure ODST will win because it has "Halo 3" in the title.

im still partial to uncharted 2's soundtrack. love the style it has!

Left 4 dead definetly has the best use of music in a game, but the best soundtrack?

I don't really like fiddles.

But yeah, AC2, MW2, L4D2, ODST

Unsurprisingly, last years show was a piece of shit. I'll just catch the game footage when it's released on the internet three minutes after the show ends.

I searched on the site but didn't found a clear info. Will this be broadcasted online? (asking for the 2nd time :lol )
I have no idea. Keighley says no. The site says "Watch the VGA's Your Way with more live camera angles of the live show streaming online at Spike.com on December 12th at 8pm EST. "

I see on this page a currently unavailable option to "Watch Live". I'm just wondering if it's them streaming the prerecorded broadcast over the internet or actually streaming live.

This is the only sensible answer.

I was thinking the whole time I was watching it, what is Rose McGowan doing there? Its so awkward.

But VGA annouced Tricia Helfer was there, so I kept watching.

I doubt they'll announce more Beatles albums though, the game didn't sell well to begin with and making Beatles albums available as DLC is much more intensive than regular DLC.
Eh, they jumped through so many hoops to license the stuff in the first place, it'd be a waste to just leave a bunch of tracks on the table. I tend to think, worse comes to worst, they'll at least cherry-pick a few big 'best of' packs from what they've got left.

Alls I know is that if I never get to play Old Brown Shoe in Beatles RB, heads will roll.

The only thing that could possibly be bigger then this Halo: Reach trailer is an Elder Scrolls announcement, which I would jizz my pants for.

Out of the original pubslihers I believe just Warner Bros is left correct? In that they haven't revealed a game yet.

You and me both bro, but I have a feeling it will be E3.

I'm watching that Jersey Shore show right now. For the first time ever, I am ashamed to be from New Jersey. But then again, only two of those assholes are actually from Jersey anyway. Good thing I'm not Italian. I would feel even worse.

That stuff in the OP about a new Star Wars game, any of that remotely true/possible? If so, I'll get excited too

This gen hasn't had enough good Star Wars games

There will be an entirely new Star Wars game shown at the show, yes.

So many people in this thread who are counting the hours away are going to be massively disappointed. :lol
Surely everyone remembers the hilarity (deep shame) that was last years.
The MTV Movie awards is an apt comparision.

This is probably no big deal, but last month on the 28th, I posted on Starbreeze's forum about the chance of the new Bourne game being revealed at the VGA. Usually the mods will reply back right away, but this time they didn't. Could mean something.

Still crossing my fingers. :D

The show is best watched with NeoGAF commentary. If I'm not out tonight I will definitely post and watch for the hell of it. These shows are horrendous.

The show was (unintentionally) hilarious last year if you were following the NeoGAF thread at the same time. Comedy Gold.

Last years show was an absolute disaster. Gaf-commentary saved the whole thing. Spike should pay out for our efforts. :lol

That's part of the fun.

The massive hype then a ten second 'trailer'. The Gaf running commentary of the actual show will be even more hilarious. :lol

The hype train and inevitable letdown is the best part of these things! I can't wait!!

Over 140 countries get to witness Jersey Shore, which of course is phenomenal, in all its glory tonight. Think of this as New Jersey's contribution to the scene.
