It has arrived, my dudes. Funny thing there wasnt any official seal stickers on the box. But GPU is sealed in a foil with original stickers. And there are three power connectors so it's indeed XT model.

Gonna pair it with my R 5 7600 for now since securing GPU was more pressing for me.

Should I upgrade to R 7 9800x3d later on?
7600x paired with my 9070xt. Its always driven 120fps in every game that I have without issue. The games that don’t reach 120fps is because of GPU bottlenecks.

9800x3d will certainly get you a more consistent FPS, but VRR has never made me want to spend big dollars on more CPU. CPU benchmarks confirm the 7600x is easily viable for 120fps+ gaming.

metareferential metareferential recommended to look for a used 7800x3d, so maybe I will go with this in the future.

There aren't any pins on Zen 4 and Zen 5 so it's not like I will get a bend pin... So it could make sense to buy it used.

And it's like $260 difference where I live.

Between used 7800x3d and new 9800x3d.

Looks like a nice compromise.

But for now I will just pair it with R 5 7600.
