The 9070xt seems fantastic for the price.
The 9070 being just $50 less makes no sense.
With a $550 12GB 4070 Super, likely. They want to force gamers onto planned obsolescence 12GB cards. Guessing 5070 will have decent availability. Now the waiting begins. Gonna see how nvidia will react to this, but i dont think they care. If the XT will be on stock at close to that price its a big deal
Nvidia -$150. You did it AMD!

I think they had to lower the price of the 9070xt by a lot to be competitive and probably can't really go much lower on the non-xt modelThat means they really are pushing the margins on that xt model
I've had a 5800x3D + 7900XT in my build for nearly 2 years now. For anyone else thinking of switching, the driver experience has been flawless and you only need 2 8 pin connectors that come with the added bonus of not melting. If the MSRP holds in the real market, I might grab one to upgrade my secondary PC. It would be my first full AMD PC (5800x3D + one of these GPUs).
And availability of said MSRPs.The real question is which brand will manage to hit their MSRPs first.
I have been holding on to my 5800X3D to upgrade my PC with a graphics card from this gen. I was waiting to see how AMD was going to compete with the midrange 5000 series and they have blown me out of the water. I will be blown away going from a 3700X to a 5800X3D and from a 5700 XT to a 9070 XT.If the MSRP holds in the real market, I might grab one to upgrade my secondary PC. Last time I checked out of 14 5070 Ti models on Best Buy the average price was $928. Guessing Nvidia is going to dump a shitload of4070 Super 12GB5070 12GB onto the market.
These are not "people"The people who paid $1000 for a 5070ti.![]()
Just follow this formula, it's simple but effective,Come on AMD, help me. I'm not a rich person.

At the moment yes, but a software version will likely give some features. So FSR4 will be exclusive to the new GPU's, right?
it's AI now, so will overtime improveLet's see if they manage to withstand the onslaught of "muh DLSS4",
They nailed it with the 9070 XT pricing. How we feeling about the prices, folks?
in half year like 7700XTwith $500 9070
Surprisingly good pricing, there's actually people with working brains working at AMD. Good to know. Let's see if they manage to withstand the onslaught of "muh DLSS4", availability and scalping. Crossing my fingers Intel will soon give them some more competition, too.
Key will pricing by AIBs. If we start really seeing mostly $800+ boards, then yeah, forget about Market share.Good thing Blackwell is a dud because all this stuff has been done by NVIDIA over 2 years ago lol.
Mostly need prices for Reaper/Pulse, they most closest to reference priceKey will pricing by AIBs.
Now pc gamers need to stop to be stupid first and go amd.5070 Ti is so fucked
I'm coming from a 3070 as well and I'm very tempted to get this over a 5070ti. As you say, if the pricing and performance are as they say it is.It the price actually holds, looks like either the XT or the regular one will be my upgrade from the RTX 3070. 16GB Vram now feels pretty much mandatory for 1440p gaming.
