Really? I could have sworn that I read they 3D printed the shell then popped an acrylic cutout screen in there. But that was almost a decade ago, and I lost interest pretty quickly after it was (thankfully) proven fake, so my memory could be way off.

They'll never do a reveal when more than half of the world is sleeping. Most reveals and especially Directs are around 1600 CET.
