That is nice. I love multiple endings rpg. This will now be in my purchase list for 2025. By the way I havent played KCD1 yet. Was it good?
It was good. Best played on PC as a few mods make it a better experience. You can make the save process a lot easier and skip the lockpicking minigames

The end part of insider gaming review is chef's kiss

Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 is beautiful in every aspect. It’s deeply authentic and riddled with emotion and catharsis, and the way the story comes together is just perfection. It features my favourite trope, with all the game’s heroes (and villains) coming together for a grand, full-scale, spectacular battle at the end of the adventure.

It’s not a bridge too far to suggest that Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 taught me something, too. From the codex packed full of historical information to the real people, places, and events, there’s a lot to break down from this title that’ll have you feeling like a genuine historian, rubbing shoulders with old kings, lords, and ladies.

I implore you to buy and finish Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 – the final cinematic cutscene made me yearn for this game to generate a sequel and perhaps a few spin-off television shows and movies. I can’t stress enough how much of a fantastic time I had playing Kingdom Come Deliverance 2, and I am forever grateful to everyone at Warhorse, and to Tom McKay (Henry of Skalitz) and Luke Dale (Hans Capon) for their stellar work and performances.

This monumental medieval adventure will have you living a double life – but in this one, you’re a brave adventurer exploring the most faithful recreation of a real place I’ve ever seen. From ethereal sequences packed with tearjerker scenes to a phenomenal weather engine, and from genuinely interesting side activities to a neat little photo mode, I cannot find one major fault with this game.

It has been hard to find the words to accurately represent how phenomenal this game is. If I could sum up Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 in just one, it would be this: masterpiece.

I caved and bought it Day Zero yesterday after the reviews came out stellar.

I took Friday off, so that's gonna be KCD2 day. Now I need to decide if I dive in before then with the few hours of post-work weeknight time I have.

Like KCD1, this seems like a game that is better played in binge mode, rather than piecemeal.

Do you still have a hunger meter? I hated that about the 1st one....
Yep, but eating was never an issue. You have everywhere soups standing around (even in bandit camps...which makes it nice in combination with selfbrewed poison btw :messenger_winking_tongue:) and in towns you loot more food than you could ever eat.

Just bought the standard version and downloading . I will get the complete package "later" on gog.

Man, I'd really like to get this but I never got around playing the first one - something which unfortunately will never happen since it's still locked at 30fps on the PlayStation and I'm gaming on an OLED (OLED judder makes me physically ill).

Sometimes, I really wish I was into PC gaming since there's no such problems/exactly because of this...

You can play the second one without playing the first. It has nice flashbacks even in the intro of the game to make you up to date with its story.

I only played like 5-6 hours of the first one but food was super abundant pretty much everywhere, every dude you killed had food on him...

Maybe it get much worse later...
It really doesn't, hardcore mode perhaps it's a bit more cumbersome since you can't use the pots but honestly not even then.

I bought a sex doll, but I keep it inflated 100% of the time and use it like a regular wife

Fuck FOMO and fuck new release zeitgeists!

Why would you have FOMO over a single player game?

I stopped feeling it a long time ago.
Games nowadays are released as full priced betas, I have no interest in buying games at launch.
I'm very interested in the game, but I'll wait for a sale. Whatever bugs and performance issues it might have will also be patched by then.

For those that are already playing, is there an option to import a save from the first game?

I wonder if my actions in that game matter for the sequel.
