I was banned for victim blaming, I don't even know what that is but I stand by an innocent until proven guilty approach but apparently that's too logical for over there!

If he's guilty then sure, throw the book at him but both sides to a story should be heard and evidence provided before guilt is apportioned.

It would be difficult to explain 'victim blaming' in that context because it's simply incorrect usage of the term - much like the use of the word "troll" in the OP's ban message. If evidence, hearing both sides, and 'innocent until proven guilty' is "victim blaming" then the law/legal procedures in many countries have been victim blaming for decades now. That site, like many others, warps language to suit their biases and agendas. It's one of the many reasons why I can't take them seriously.

I said the same thing about Angry Joe during his drama from years ago. Nothing of value was lost for me. If the offender had been someone they support I am sure the victim would have been in the wrong.
